Media Release Form. All contestants must turn in this form to have their photos published (awards or candid shots) via online or print. Contestants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. Bring to check-in.
Special Needs Form. It is the responsibility of the individual (or parent/guardian, if under 18) to notify the EN4-HHR of requests by October 4 and update the form as abilities and needs change. See Contest Chair Contacts for questions.
Help keep event costs down by bringing special items with you! Horse items are great but also think of other items that sell well! Make a gift basket or ask your favorite store to contribute items. We thank you in advance for your contributions!
Good Luck Ads in Breakfast Program. See the form for ad and sponsorship information! Give a shout-out to your favorite competitor and surprise them with an ad in our Breakfast program! Due Oct. 1.

T-shirt and Sweatshirt Event Apparel. Pre-Order t-shirts and sweatshirts - avoid standing in long lines at the event! Pick up at the booth upon your arrival. Order online no later than October 22.
Opportunity for Friday (11/8/24)
On Friday, Nov. 3, Amplify and Horse Country will be on site with coffee and donuts at Keeneland Race Course in the grandstand directly above the winner's circle. Eastern National's participants are welcome to come by anytime between 7-10am, to learn more about the Thoroughbred industry and equine educational opportunities, go on mini tours, and watch morning training.
