Contest Payment Form. Due Oct. 1
Media Release Form. All contestants must turn in this form to have their photos published (awards or candid shots) via online or print. Contestants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. Bring to check-in.
Special Needs Form. It is the responsibility of the individual (or parent/guardian, if under 18) to notify the EN4-HHR of requests by October 4 and update the form as abilities and needs change. See Contest Chair Contacts for questions.
Silent Auction Form. Help keep event costs down by bringing special items with you! Horse items are great but also think of other items that sell well! Make a gift basket or ask your favorite store to contribute items. We thank you in advance for your contributions!
