Entry Forms & Information

Entries: A link to an online entry form is available below. Entries will only be accepted electronically and must be received by September 15, 2010.  Once the entry information has been received by our office, you will receive a confirmation and invoice for the entry fees. The confirmation must be signed by the State 4-H Leader or State Equine Extension Specialist and payment (check or credit card information) must be received by September 30, 2010 before entry is complete.

Before submitting your entry, review rules regarding contestants and eligibility in contest.

Fees: $50 per contestant entered
